Adam Ausloos, Principal at Tax Deferral Services, will be presenting on “What Are Common Deal Killers Right Now” “Alternatives to 1031s” and ” How To Reduce Income Tax & Eliminate Estate Tax.”

Dress code will be business casual and with your ticket for entry (1) alcoholic beverage is included along with complimentary appetizers.  We will be highlghting an assorment of Agave Tequila signature cocktails for our esteemed guests.  For our guests who enjoy a fresh cigar, we’ll have a few stogies ready to be cut and indulged upon.

Our event proceeds will benefit a local 501c3 Charity, Pelican Harbor Seabird Station, and they will be bringing Mowgli, the Eastern Screech Owl, to pay us a personal visit as a mascot of the organization, and a representation of the wildlife that they support as a result of their tremendous acts of servitude in the South Florida community.

CCC Chapter Leadership from across the United States will be attending this function with the intent to introuce you to our CCC Chapters across the country to expand your network outside of Miami.  Christopher Maier, Founder of CCC, will be flying in to kick off the ceremonies in tremendous style and introduce the CCC Brand to those who are unfamiliar with our Mission & Purpose which has contributed to CCC becoming the #1 fastest-growing organization of it’s kind throughout the nation.
